The Society invites voice students to compete for the Dorothea Waddel Tonnesen Music Scholarship Award

Dorothea Waddel Tonnesen directed the chorus from 1977 to 1991. In her memory, the scholarship program now carries her name. With monies donated by Dorothea's son, William Schnell, we offer a competition each spring to freshman and sophomore voice students attending our area colleges. The two winners sing with us in our spring concert.
